Returns or Exchanges Our policy lasts 30 days.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged at receipt.
Due to the intimate nature of our product, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds or Exchanges
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your return goods shipping costs. Return Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. To ensure that we receive your returned item.
All used items returned to us will be dry-cleaned and donated to Charity.
We would like to extend an offer to you to donate your undamaged used & dry-cleaned Zyzu bedding to charity...email us at firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us of the charitable item and return the items to us...we will send you a ZyZu Duvet Design gift certificate towards your next purchase of our product.
